DJ-26-16(即DJ-B)型四色电脑提花针织地毯圆机,是具有水平的由上虞市东佳针织机械有限公司首创的幅宽为2米的新型地毯编织机械。每日大生产量为200平方米,耗电量小于1kw/h,是一款生产效率非常高但能耗较小的地毯编织机械。每班只需要一名工人操作,且无尾纱浪费。机器配备断纱保护、纱尽自动停机功能,对织物表面质量没有不良影响。

本系列机型与传统的簇绒机相比有以下优势:

传统的簇绒机需一层底布,而本系列机型因属纬编针织机,自然编织而成,不需要底布,因此节约成本。

本系列机型产量高,每人可看管4台,每台产量(24小时计)为200平方米左右,而传统的簇绒机1人一天(8小时计)的产量只能10多个平方米,因此大幅度节约劳动力、提高生产率、增加经济效益。

本系列机型比传统簇绒机原料损耗要小。

Some advantages compare with traditional tufting machine:

Traditional tufting machine needs a bottom fabric. But this machine is woof knitting machine. no need bottom fabric. Therefore it can save cost.

This machine has high output, one worker can operate 4 machines, per machine ''s output(24 hours) is traditional tufting machine one worker one day(8 hours) only can produce it can large save work force ,improve productivity, enhance economic benefit.

The raw material wasting is smaller than tufting machine.
